Prior to Kean’s training there was a lack of communication between the teams and each team member did not understand or were not aligned to the team objectives. Since the training, the teams are more connected, and each team (function) knows their area of improvements to achieve the group finance objectives. We enjoyed the training and Kean was very engaging, positive and was able to manage the participants well. Every session he ends with a debrief to reflect on the activities’ objectives, where we learned and valued it very much.
