Kean Phang began his career in law, graduating with an LLB from the University of Manchester and becoming a Barrister Member of the UK Middle Temple, ranking in the top 10 percentile of his year. Kean’s training in persuasion, communication, and human behaviour laid the groundwork for his lifelong passion, helping people connect and perform with confidence.
After more than a decade in the corporate and financial sectors, Kean found his calling in corporate training. Blending legal precision, real-world insight, and vibrant energy, he creates training sessions that inspire genuine growth. Today, he’s recognised for transforming complex skills into engaging, practical learning experiences that help professionals lead, sell, and communicate better.
